Arrival
To ensure your treatment starts on time, we ask that you arrive at least 10
mins prior to your appointment to fill out any required paperwork & have
time to unwind with a refreshment. Late arrival may result in a shorter
treatment time.

Booking & Cancellation Policy
We understand your time is valuable & hope you appreciate ours is too,
when you make an appointment with us you agree to our cancellation
policy. All treatments require a 50% of the total treatment price to be paid
at the time of booking, in the event a cancellation or reschedule within 24
hours this fee is forfeited. In the event of a no show 100% of your treatment
priced will be applied.

Online Booking
Online Booking is available 24/7 for your convenience. If you have any
questions or are unsure of which treatment to book please reach out to us.

Gift Vouchers
The best type of gift to receive! All vouchers are valid for 3 years & made
out to the dollar amount only. Vouchers are available online or hand
written in clinic. Vouchers are non refundable.

their skin goals regardless of their budget. Please chat to us about our

Health & Wellness
Our priority is your wellbeing, please make your therapist aware of any
known conditions that could impact your treatment. If you are feeling
unwell we please ask you respect our staff and their health by
rescheduling your appointment ASAP.
